SNR Quantity Surveyor

Reporting directly to the directors of the business, the overall responsibilities would include:-

• Have a proven track record operating at a minimum project QS level within a build environment, with the capability and confidence to commercial deliver on projects valued £3M+.
• Have ideally operated with a regional or national main contractor environment, and proficient in CVR reporting.
• Be comfortable in dealing with all commercial aspects from preconstruction through to final accounts, including managing all associated packages to achieve agreed target profit margins.
• Be comfortable managing and delegating to assistant QS’s to deliver day to day duties.
• Be a strong communicator and negotiator at all levels.

Job brief

An excellent opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor either at project or senior level to join our business as part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the commercial director.

You  will be working in a challenging environment covering all sectors of the business and on all formats we cover, i.e. refurbishments, extensions and new build schemes.

The role will be overseeing and running projects and client roll out schemes with values of £3m+ where you will have full financial responsibility for your projects, reporting directly to commercial director.

Ideally you will have a proven track record so ensure our projects are managed and delivered on time and to budget.
