We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects.
You will be proficient in pre construction activities, capable of working schemes up from brief to start on site. Your role will then expand into the delivery of the schemes and ensure they are completed in accordance to our processes and ensure they are completed on time and to budget.
We would like to ensure you are proficient and well-versed in all construction methodologies, spanning refurbishment, extension and new build type of work streams.
All work streams will need to be coordinated our construction teams and also the professional teams. You will have a proven track record in this sector and have the key analytical skills to ensure great projects are delivered on time.
